In 2012, Marco and Elena Rossi opened Bella's Italian Kitchen with a simple dream: to share the flavors of their homeland with the people of Temecula. Every recipe tells a story — from Marco's grandmother's secret pasta dough to Elena's celebrated tiramisu that guests travel miles to taste.
Using only the freshest locally-sourced ingredients and traditional techniques passed down through generations, we create dishes that warm the soul and bring families together.
